Submitting a form or calling us does not create a contract. Any price discussed before we measure your home is an estimate only. Your price is set in a written quote after the in-home consultation, and work is scheduled only after you approve that quote.
3. Scheduling
Timelines depend on product availability and site conditions, and are estimates. Please give as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule a consultation or installation.
4. Payment, warranties and care package
Payment terms, warranties and what is included in your project, including the Mama Knows Best care package, are stated in your written quote or agreement. Manufacturer warranties are provided by the manufacturer under their own terms.
5. Text messages
