Information you give us. When you submit a consultation request or contact form, we collect the name, phone number, email address, city, project details and message you provide, along with the page the form was submitted from.
Information collected automatically. Our website and analytics tools may collect your IP address, browser and device type, referring URL, pages viewed, and time spent on the site.
Project records. If you become a customer, we keep records of your quote, the work performed, invoices, and communications about your project.
2. How we use information
- To respond to consultation requests and to quote, schedule, complete and invoice your project.
- To contact you about your request by phone, email, or text message if you opted in.
- To provide the follow-up care included with your floor, such as the six-month visit.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all of the sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties. 5. Sharing with service providers
We share information only with service providers who help us operate, such as website hosting, form and lead processing, scheduling and invoicing software, payment processors, communication providers, and the installation professionals who complete your project, and only as needed for them to do that work. We may also disclose information when required by law. None of this sharing includes your text messaging opt-in data or consent.

We keep request and customer records as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize them. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
